Global Shipping & Delivery
All orders embark from our Washington, USA headquarters (3765 Chatham Way, Washington, US 20005). We ship globally to connect the riding community. However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to most Asian countries and select remote regions. We are continuously working to expand our reach.
We offer two rider-engineered shipping solutions:
🚀 STANDARD SHIPPING (Fast & Tracked)
- Cost: Flat rate of $12.95.
- Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Transit: 10-15 days after dispatch via premium carriers (DHL or FedEx).
- Best for: Riders who need gear quickly with full tracking and security.
📦 FREE SHIPPING (Economical & Reliable)
- Cost: FREE on orders over $50.
- Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Transit: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS.
- Best for: Planning ahead and maximizing value without compromising on careful handling.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to monitor your gear’s journey in real-time. Our team meticulously packs every order, understanding it’s more than a product—it’s part of your ride.

Returns & Warranty
We stand by our gear with the Our Return Journey Guarantee.
- Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging attached.
