We ship globally to empower riders everywhere, excluding certain restricted regions in Asia and remote areas as defined in our full shipping policy.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules.

2. Our Returns & Exchange Promise

Buying performance gear online requires trust. Our 15-day return policy is our pledge that you can shop for Helmets, Jackets, Footwear, Gloves, and all our riding essentials with confidence. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations for fit, finish, or function, we’ll make it right—swiftly and respectfully.

3. The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and fast resolution:

Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our rider-support team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for our Washington headquarters: 3765 Chatham Way, Washington, US 20005. Returns shipped without an RMA cannot be processed.
Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number. Ship using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new, resalable condition. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your financial institution.

Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Note on Security: Consistent with our strict “No Sensitive Data Storage” policy, our PCI-DSS certified partners handle all transaction reversals securely. We never store your full payment details.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned (For Your Safety)

In alignment with industry safety standards and the protective nature of our core products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging is opened or the product is used:

  • All Helmets (including Airflite, Airframe Pro, Elsinore, Domain): Due to stringent hygiene and safety regulations, helmets cannot be returned if the interior lining has been worn or the packaging seal is broken.
  • Customized or Personalized Gear: Any item specifically ordered or modified to your specifications.
  • Opened Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, items like base layers or certain Casuals where the hygiene seal is broken.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.

Important: All returned items must be pristine. Gear showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. International Returns

As a global shop, we accept returns from most countries (excluding restricted regions). You are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Refunds will be issued for the product value only; international shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
