3.2 Product Safety and Final Sale Items

Due to stringent hygiene and safety standards inherent to protective gear, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging is opened or the product is used:

• All Helmets (Airflite, Airframe Pro, Elsinore, Domain) if the interior lining has been worn or the packaging seal is broken.
• Customized or Personalized Gear made to your specifications.
• Opened Intimate Apparel (e.g., base layers) where the hygiene seal is broken.
• Items explicitly marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” at purchase.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if your order is canceled.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
